In 1981, it all started with a brave first step by Maged and Rwanda Kablan, who established a small sewing shop under their home in the village of Beit Jan, with a team of only seven seamstresses. With a vision for growth and independence, they began producing high-quality leather jackets, workwear and uniforms, emphasizing the art of sewing, professionalism and personal service. The work was carried out in a family and modest environment, but with a great passion for growth and a vision for the empowerment and advancement of women in the village of Beit Jan.
1989 - Recognition and success
For her dedication and contribution to the textile industry, Rwanda Kablan was recognized and selected as an outstanding employee in the Namir Prize. The article in the newspaper "Al HaMishmar" tells the story of her success, which reflects the growth of a small factory into a significant enterprise that has an impact on the local community.
2002 - Growth and establishment in a new complex
After two decades of dedicated work and constant improvement, Maquette Textile moved to a new, modern industrial complex in the village of Beit Jan. The move marked a significant step in the company's growth, with the expansion of production lines, improved infrastructure, and a focus on technological innovation. Alongside the expansion, the company maintained its family character and contribution to the community, while fostering a supportive work environment and providing employment solutions for many women in the community.
